1. Subject of the Agreement

2. The procedure for the provision of services by the Service

2.5. The Service requires certification that the User acts only in his own interests without involving 3 persons.

2.7. The User undertakes to independently calculate and pay all taxes required by the tax legislation of the User's location.

4.6 The Service has the right to suspend or cancel questionable or high-risk transactions without explaining the reasons.

4.7 The Service carries out the duration in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy, KYC Policy.

5.5. The Agreement comes into force upon completion of the Application by the User. The User has the right to refuse to perform an operation on the Request. The period of acceptance by the User is 24 hours from the moment of completion of the formation Applications.

6. Responsibility of the Parties

6.1. The Service is responsible to the User in an amount not exceeding the amount of funds or electronic currency entrusted by the User.

6.2. The Service is not responsible for malfunctions, errors and failures in the operation of software and/or hardware that ensure the functioning of the services of the Service, arising for reasons beyond the control of the Service, as well as related losses of the User.

6.3 The Service provides services only for the exchange, purchase and sale of electronic currencies. It does not accept payments in favor of any third parties in any way, and also prohibits exchange for wallets/accounts that do not belong to the user, does not conclude any agreements with recipients of payments for their goods or services. 6.4. The Service is not responsible for the User's losses resulting from illegal actions of third parties.

7. Other provisions

7.18. The User independently performs accounting, calculation and payment of taxes and fees in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.19. The Service performs mandatory verification of the User's identity and personal data (in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy). As part of the verification, the Service has the right to refuse the User registration or operations without explaining the reason.

8. Force majeure

8.1. In case of problems with sending a payment from the client, we recommend contacting the sending bank. The User or the Service shall not be liable to each other for non-fulfillment of obligations related to the provision of exchange services by the Service caused by circumstances that arose against the will and desire of the parties that could not have been foreseen or avoided, including declared or actual war, civil unrest, epidemics, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural disasters actions of the authorities and other insurmountable circumstances and cannot claim any losses or damages arising from such circumstances.
